How The Kasco Lake Aerator Works

Kasco Surface Aerators operate by spinning a propeller in the water, launching water into the air. This process breaks the water into tiny droplets, increasing its exposure to air, which enhances oxygen absorption and gas release, such as carbon dioxide. This method differs from other aeration systems that use diffusers or bubblers at the bottom.

With the ability to add up to 3.0 lbs of oxygen per horsepower each hour, these aerators effectively saturate the water with oxygen, making them ideal for quick water quality improvement.
